My Father

What do you think of when you think about your father? For me, I think about a man who is always looking out for my best interests, a man who is always there for me when I need help.

My father, Mark smith was born in 1973 in Winchester, on. he is 36 years old

he moved to Ottawa when he was 15 with his mother. he attended high school with my mother Christine, when they graduated they moved in together and in 1996 they got married.

My dad has had a lot of different job varying from landscaping to carpentry to horseman. I call him a “Jack of all trades” which mean he know something about everything, opposed to everything about something.

My dad has had a huge impact on me because he has taught me many thing I will need to know in life such as how to live off the land how to write a resume and how to drive a truck. One of my earliest memories of my dad is when he used to take me fishing with him and his friends and I caught the biggest fish out of all of them a 10 pound pike. my dad is great he got me my first truck, my first horse. he is like a best friend to me and when I grow up I want to be just like him.

I am from hoods are at the rumbles to socs at the drive ins
I am from killin’ bobby to big rumbles
Where I’m from sayings you hear a lot are look out socs
I am from the saying You guys know what Greasers are? White trash with long,
Greasy hair
